Actions

Within PMU, both projects and tasks are considered actions.

An action represents something requiring operational effort. Actions can have both a State and Status.

This shared model is important because it allows PMU to apply identical lifecycle semantics to:

• projects
• tasks
• future operational entities

This makes reporting and analytics more consistent.
